ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ - ը հիմնադրվել է 1995թ.-ին Եվրամիության ՙTACIS՚ ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Որպես բանկի ստեղծման մոդել  ընտրվել է ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկի մոդելը: 2003թ.-ին Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ բանկային խմբի կողմից իրականացվող խորհրդատվական և տեխնիկական աջակցությունը վերածվեց գործընկերային համագործակցության, ինչի հետևանքով էլ հիմնադրվեց Հայաստանում առաջին լիզինգային ընկերությունը՝ <<Ակբա Լիզինգ>> վարկային կազմակերպությունը:  2006թ.-ին Ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ  բանկային խմբը դարձավ ԱԿԲԱ բանկի հիմնական բաժնետեր: ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ  ԲԱՆԿԻ ակտիվները, վարկային ներդրումները, սեփական կապիտալը և ավանդների ծավալը  2014թ-ի ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ համապատասխանաբար կազմում են ՝ 264.6 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ (640.2մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) 178մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ (430.6մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) , 53 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ (128.2մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար), 109.6մլրդ  ՀՀ դրամ (265.1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար):Բանկի հանդեպ մեծ վստահության մասին է վկայում այն հանգամանքը, որ հիմնադրման պահից մինչ այժմ բանկի հաճախորդների թիվը բազմապատկվել է 25 անգամ և այսօր բանկն ունի ավելի քան 276 000 հաճախորդ: Բանկի գործունեության վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում բանկի մասնաճյուղերի թիվը բազմապատկվել է  5 անգամ,  մասնաճյուղերի թիվը հասել է 49-ի: Բանկն ունի 1060 աշխատակից այն պարագայում, որ 1995թ.-ին աշխատակիցների թիվը կազմել է ընդհամենը 12-ը:
