ArmInfo. The referendum on constitutional amendments will be postponed. The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced this on March 16 in the parliament.
The Prime Minister of Armenia stated that in a state of emergency, holding a referendum is not possible. "According to the legislation, the referendum will be held no earlier than 50 days after the completion of the emergency, and no later than 65 days. It will begin from the stage at which it was stopped," the Prime Minister said.
It should be noted that on April 5 of this year, a referendum on constitutional amendments was planned in Armenia.
