The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced this on his Facebook page. As noted, contacts of isolated individuals with the outside world are excluded. <The safety of personnel in contact with them is ensured. Most importantly, they have no symptoms, they all feel good. There are no unauthorized persons at the hotel>, he noted.
For his part, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Torosyan informed that the hot water system, which had not worked in the hotel for a long time and was damaged, has already been repaired. From today, the Internet and, probably, the internal television network will work.
We add that on the eve, in order to dispel the possible development of panic in Tsaghkadzor, Pashinyan, together with family members, arrived in this resort city, where he visited attractions, as well as a local restaurant. As the prime minister noted, catering facilities are filled with visitors, including tourists. Earlier it became known that the first case of a new type of coronavirus was detected in Armenia. The patient, a 29-year-old man, arrived by plane from Tehran to Yerevan on February 28. At the time of flight arrival, no objective symptoms of coronavirus were detected in the passengers by the epidemiologist. The patient already from the house turned to the doctors, and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Tests confirmed coronavirus. Meanwhile, the condition of the newcomer is assessed as good, and already on the eve he had no temperature.
According to current recommendations, some of the passengers on this flight were isolated - those who sat in the first two rows in front of the patient, and in one row behind him. In addition, the doctors who transported him to the hospital were isolated. In total, 32 citizens are isolated at the Golden Peles Hotel in Tsaghkadzor. The remaining passengers will be constantly monitored.
