According to Khachatryan, over 200 interrogations and over 70 searches were conducted in the Grigoryan case. Within the framework of the case, 15 requests were sent to 15 countries of the world, and the recorded financial violations reached 15 billion drams
As for the property certificates found in the mansion of Manvel Grigoryan during the search of the National Security Service, according to Sasun Khachatryan, it turned out that some of them were acquired with violations. "We have already appealed to the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development in order to return the 40 real estate objects to the MLA," said the head of the investigative body. To recall, on June 16, the National Security Service of Armenia detained Manvel Grigoryan. During searches, NSS operatives discovered and seized a large number of weapons and ammunition. In addition, a large arsenal of unregistered weapons, including mortars and rations for soldiers assembled by schoolchildren, was discovered in the mansion and in the summer cottage of the general. During the search of the mansion belonging to Grigoryan in Echmiadzin, located at 46 Alaverdyan Street, dozens of certificates of ownership were also found. As a result, on June 19, the Court of First Instance of Yerevan made a decision on the application of a measure of restraint in the form of arrest for Grigoryan for a period of 2 months. On August 17, the court extended Grigoryan's arrest for another two months. On August 22, he was hospitalized due to a deterioration in his health. According to Grigoryan's defense, her client was diagnosed with more than 16 diseases, including diabetes and cancer.
