ArmInfo.President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan briefly communicated on the margins of the CIS summit, RIA Novosti reported.
According to the source, after the signing ceremony, Putin said a few phrases to the Armenian prime minister, and he shook his head. The Russian leader nodded in response, Pashinyan was about to leave, but taking a step to the side, he returned to the Russian president when he said a few more words.
Earlier, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said that the possibility of Putin's visit to Armenia is discussed, most likely he will be held in 2019.
