The head of the office of Serzh Sargsyan Nairi Petrosyan wrote this on his Facebook page, responding to the article "Reuters", referring to his own sources, spoke about the intention of the Armenian leadership to introduce the state of emergency regime in the country during the mass riots.
"As the head of the office of the third president of Armenia, I would like to inform the author of the article that in April 2018 during the mass unrest Serzh Sargsyan did not discuss the issue of introducing a state of emergency with any foreign leader," Petrosyan wrote.
"Reuters" referring to diplomatic sources wrote that on April 23, on April 23, Serge Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with the leadership of Russia 24 hours before his resignation from the post of the country's Prime Minister.
