ArmInfo. The candidate for president from the Republican Party, RA Ambassador to Great Britain Armen Sargsyan just completed his first pre-election meeting with RPA representatives.
Sargsyan entered and went out of the RPA building unnoticed by journalists. After the meeting, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Arpine Hovhannisyan informed that Sargsyan presented his plans on the development of the country in case he was elected to the post of the head of state and answered the questions of the Republicans. A deputy from the Kurdish community, Knyaz Khasanov, asked the candidate about his attitude to the issue of ethnic minorities in Armenia. Sargsyan assured that if elected, he will keep in the center of attention issues of concern to national minorities. Currently, Sargsyan is meeting with representatives of another coalition party ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
