" The France-Karabakh Friendship Circle is a not adjudicated group without any official status, dealing with self performance. This Cirlce comprises the members of Armenian lobby in France, as well as persons being under the influence of Armenian lobby. The name of Jaques Remiller who visited Karabakh is already included in the list of non grate persons. It should be considered that next year Parliamentary and presidential Elections are to take place in France Some Parliamentarians, having a goal to gain the financial and political support of Armenian lobby, get to such steprs. The position of French Government in respect to this issue is single and clear. As one of co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group, France stands for territorial integrity and immunity of Azerbaijan, and does its best to settle the conflict through negotiations.

To note, t members of France-Karabakh Frienship Cirlce, Parlamentarians of the National Assembly of France Ervan Beanie and Jaques Remiller visited Nagorno Karabakh on November 28, where they held meetings with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan and Artsakh Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan. The issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed during the meeting mentioned.
