ArmInfo. Poland hopes that the new US Government will be a stable partner of both Boland and Europe in general, Poland's Ambassador to Armenia Jerzy Marek Nowakowski said at a press conference in Yerevan on November 9.
Ambassador Nowakowski said that Poland respects the democratic choice of the US people, as well as the position of Donald Trump, who seeks to see the US as a strong and leading country. This also meets Poland's interests, he said, noting that Poland expects the current Government to carry out its obligations to the old and new partners. Poland hopes that the new US Government will be a stable partner of both Poland and Europe in general. Ambassador Nowakowski also hopes that the new US Administration will continue the current work style without taking radical measures.
To note, according to preliminary results Republican Donald Trump has won the elections in the US by obtaining 276, while Hillary Clinton got only 218. As many as 57,040,030 people voted for Trump and 56,029,966 for Clinton.
