Talking to REN TV, Aram Petrosyan's friend Karen G. said the attacker has a rank of colonel and had worked at the Department for the Federal Penal Service.
To recall, bankrupt businessman Arman Petrosyan attacked a bank in Moscow yesterday. Fortunately, the law-enforcers managed to persuade him to surrender and set hostages free. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the attack. The Court will study the decision to arrest the detainee shortly.
