It is noted that on August 9 the Artsakh government sent humanitarian aid to the Armenian community of Lebanon on a special flight. For the same purpose, on behalf of the President of the Republic, a special commission has also been created, which coordinates the work carried out in this direction. To recall, a powerful explosion occurred in the port of Beirut on the evening of August 4. As reported later in the security structures of Lebanon, ammonium nitrate detonated from a contraband cargo confiscated from one of the ships several years ago. The blast wave destroyed and damaged dozens of houses, cars, glass were broken in many quarters of the capital. The country declared a four-day mourning for the victims.
