OSCE is concerned over the growing tension in Nagorny Karabakh, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic said at the UN Security Council.
Despite the last years' meetings of the Armenia and Azerbaijani presidents, the situation is deteriorating and the peace talks are slackening, he said.
"Serbia supports the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts to hold high level meetings and look for ways to find a long-term solution to the conflict alongside the sides. Frozen conflicts are of the top issues on the agenda during the Serbian chairmanship. In this regard, I have negotiated with the OSCE Minsk Group and the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
We will discuss the issue at a high level during my visit to the region over a few months," he said.
