From now on one can pay for Ucom services at the branches of VTB Bank (Armenia). The press office of the Bank has told ArmInfo that individuals can pay for the following Ucom services: IP television, internet, digital fixed telephony, as well as package services.
One can pay for Ucom services not only at the 67 branches of VTB Bank (Armenia), but also without visiting the bank, i.e. by preparing payment orders to transfer monthly fees for the Ucom services from the bank or card account. In addition, the customers can make use of the 1,200 TelCell terminals round the clock. The TelCell terminals are located throughout Armenia, as well as at all branches of VTB Bank (Armenia). The customers can also use internet banking, which enables them to pay for the Ucom services from any corner of the world round the clock. Thus, VTB Bank (Armenia) seeks to enlarge the list of services to enhance the convenience and quality of customer service.
To note, Ucom (Universal Communications) was founded in 2007. It has built the biggest new generation fiber-optic network in Armenia with the support of Ericsson. One of the leaders of the Armenian telecommunication market, Ucom provides a wide range of services, including high-speed internet, IP television, digital telephony, etc.
