The next rally of the four parliamentary opposition forces would hardly ignore the constitutional reforms proposed by the ruling regime. So, in view of its differences with the other three forces concerning this issue, ARFD decided not to take part in the rally so as not to wreck it, the head of the ARFD's parliamentary group Armen Rustamyan told journalists on Wednesday.
"But this does not mean that we will not continue our cooperation in this format. We yet have lots of problems to solve together," Rustamyan said.
When asked if ARFD might form a coalition with the ruling Republican Party, Rustamyan said that earlier the Dashnaks suggested seven points stipulating that they would not join the Republicans if the points were not fulfilled. "One of the points stipulated switch to parliamentary regime," Rustamyan said.
To remind, Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia and Heritage are against the constitutional reforms, while ARFD believes that the reforms should be discussed and even has own proposals on them.
