The Call Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) is a qualitative and effective way of communicating with clients. The Center daily serves 3000 incoming and outgoing calls at an average. As the Bank's press-service informed ArmInfo, serving of such a large number of calls related to different business areas would be impossible without a professional and motivated team. The number of the Call Center's staff has grown to 20 high-qualified employees and the number of average monthly observed sales is 1700 various products/services. 

The development of the modern technologies makes the use of bank services easier and more convenient.  Still in 2011, VTB Bank (Armenia), realizing the importance of providing services to clients with comfort was one of the first banks in Armenia to establish its own Call Center equipped with up-to-date technologies. In order to receive information about the Bank's products and services one could just call the Call Center of the Bank still in 2011 and receive consultation by experienced and polite specialists. Later a new service was added providing the opportunity to apply for the products and services via remote banking service with the help of the Call Center workers. 

One can learn about any information related to the VTB Bank (Armenia) activities, products and services provided by the Bank with the help of the Bank's Call Center. Besides, the operators can provide the clients the information related to their personal accounts, loans and cards (balance, position of account, date of the regular payment etc.). The Call Center also provides transaction services such as placing to the Bank's cards of the transfers, received via all the monetary transfer systems, making operations on client's all accounts, connected to the "Telephone Banking" service and opening of plastic cards on the basis of the client's call and due identification. The Bank's Call Center works with the clients through 5 communication ways: phone calls, Skype messages and calls, emails, calls on (010) 56-07-08 number, which automatically provides information about card's balance, Facebook (online consultation and answers to clients' questions).

The Call Center provides some of its services twenty-four-hour, particularly, VTB Bank (Armenia) cardholders may learn about the balance of their card accounts or receive answers to any questions related to the card service, by calling the (010) 56- 07-08 number. 

One can contact the Call Center by the number 87-87, the call is free from the landline phone number and paid from the mobile phone. The Bank's operators, working from 09:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Friday, and from 10:00am to 5:00 pm on Saturday will reply to the clients professionally and in the client's preferred language (Armenian and Russian), providing qualified assistance on the asked question.
