նախատեսում է 2015-2016 թվականներին 426 մլն դոլարի կապիտալ ներդրում իրականացնել
Ամուլսարում ոսկու արդյունահանման գործում: Այդ մասին ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալության թղթակցի հետ հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է «Գեոթիմ» ընկերության (Lydian International-ի 100% դուստրը) գլխավոր տնօրեն
Հայկ Ալոյանը:


 


Նրա խոսքով, օրերս Lydian
International ընկերությունն իր կայքում հրապարակել է Հայաստանի հարավում գտնվող
Ամուլսարի հանքավայրից ոսկու կորզման ծրագրի թարմացված տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորման
արդյունքների վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրությունը: ՏՏՀ-ին համապատասխան, որը կհրապարակվի
45 օրվա ընթացքում, հանքավայրի ոսկու պաշարները կազմում են 2.5 մլն.ունցիա` 2.1
մլն ունցիա կորզման ծրագրով: Հետազոտությունների արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ
«Ամուլսար» ծրագրի իրագործումը թույլ է տալիս իրականացնել ոսկու լայնամասշտաբ արդյունահանում
բաց եղանակով և կույտային տարրալվացման ավանդական տեխնոլոգիայով` շահագործման
ծախսերի ցածր արժեքով:


 


Ալոյանը հավելել է, որ հանքավայրի
շահագործման ժամկետը կազմում է 10 տարի ու 4 ամիս: Նախատեսվում է տարեկան միջին
հաշվով ստանալ 200 հազար ունցիա ոսկի: Մեկ ունցիա ոսկու ստացման նվազագույն
ծախսերը կազմում են 642 դոլար: Ոսկու ստացման ընդհանուր ցուցանիշը կազմում է 84%,
դատարկ ապարների գործակիցը`2.8:1 Ներդրումների ետ վերադարձման ժամկետը կազմում է 5
տարի: Ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում նախատեսվում է տարեկան ստանալ մետաղի բարձր
պարունակությամբ 10 մլն տոննա հանքանյութ` մետաղի բարձր պարունակությամբ: ՏՏՀ կազմվել
է SGS մասնագիտացված կազմակերպության կողմից, որը միջազգային ճանաչված
խորհրդատվական կազմակերպություն է` միջազգային այլ հայտնի փորձագետների
մասկացությամբ:


 


Բրիտանական AMC Consultants կազմակերպության դասակարգմամբ Ամուլսարի
հանքավայրում ոսկու պարունակությամբ հանքաքարի գնահատված և կանխատեսումային
պաշարները գնահատվել են 122,400,000 մլն տոննա, որտեղ ոսկու միջին
պարունակությունը կազմում է 0.77  գ/տոննա,
արծաթինը` 3.5 գ/տոննա: Ոսկու և արծաթի ընդհանուր պարունակությունը`
համապատասխանաբար 3,030,000 ունցիա և  13,
930,000 ունցիա: Տնօրենը նշել է, որ լրացուցիչ 
հետազոտությունների միջոցով ոսկու պաշարները կարող են աճել: Այսպես,
նախնական գնահատված ոսկու պարունակությամբ հանքանյութը հաշվարկում է լրացուցիչ
106.2 մլն տոննա:


 


Ըստ Ալոյանի, Lydian International ընկերությունը բանակցում է մի շարք
պոտենցիալ փոխատուների հետ, այդ թվում նաև առևտրային բանկերի, ինչպես նաև
Միջազգային Ֆինանսական Կորպորացիայի (IFC) և Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական
Բանկի (EBRD) հետ` նախագծի իրականացման նպատակով ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար:


 


Lydian International ընկերությունը հանքարդյունահանման
թույլտվության հայտ է ներկայացրել 2014 թվականի հուլիսի վերջին, որը ՀՀ
էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության կողմից քննարկման է վերցվել 2014
թվականի օգոստոսին: Շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման մասին օրենքին
համապատասխան, առաջին լսումները տեղի ունեցան Գնդեվազ համայնքում, 2014 թվականի
օգոստոսի 25-ին, երկրորդ լսումները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, տեղի կունենան 2014
թվականի հոկտեմբերին, անկախ փորձագետների կարծիքներից և հասարակայնության
դիտողություններից հետո: Փաստաթղթի օրենսդրորեն հաստատումն անհրաժեշտ պայման է
հանդիսանում միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցներից ներդրումներ ներգրավելու և
շինարարություն սկսելու համար:


 


Շինարարական
աշխատանքների ընթացքում հանքավայրում նախատեսվում է 1500 նոր աշխատատեղերի
ստեղծում, իսկ հանքավայրի շահագործման ընթացքում կապահովվի  750 մշտական աշխատատեղ, ասել է Ալոյանը:


 



Գեոթիմ ՓԲԸ-ն երկրաբանահետախուզական աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում 2006թ-ից,
որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է Ամուլսարի ոսկու և արծաթի հանքավայրը: Այն ԽՍՀՄ
փլուզումից հետո հայտնաբերված առաջին նոր հանքավայրն է: Իրականացված ներդրումների
ընդհանուր ծավալը որոնողահետախուզման աշխատանքների և նախագծի զարգացման ընթացքում
արդեն կազմել է ավելի քան 69 մլն դոլար:
