«Orogen Gold» ընկերությունը Լոնդոնի Ֆոնդային բորսայում իր բաժնետոմսերը տեղաբաշխելու
միջոցով ներգրավել է 1.125 մլն.ֆունտ ստեռլինգ, ասված է ընկերության սեպտեմբերի
16-ի հաղորդագրության մեջ: Ընկերությունը տեղաբաշխել է 1022727272 սովորական բաժնետոմս, յուրաքանչյուրը 0.11 ֆունտ արժեքով: Միջոցները
նախատեսվում է օգտագործել Սյունիքի մարզի Մուծկ ոսկու հանքավայրի հորատման հետագա
աշխատանքների համար:


 


Ընկերության դրամական
միջոցները 2014 թվականի հունիսի 30-ի դրությամբ կազմել են 713 հազար ֆունտ, 2013-ի
դեկտեմբերի 31-ի 1.208 մլն.ֆունտի համեմատ, ինչի արդյունքում, վեց ամիսների
ընթացքում, գոյացավ 214 հազար ֆունտի վնաս:


 


Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր,
որ երկրաֆիզիկական հետազոտությունների բարեհաջող ավարտից հետո բրիտանական
«Orogen Gold» ընկերությունը ձեռնամուխ է եղել Սյունիքի մարզի Մուծք գյուղի ոսկու
հանքավայրի հետախուզական հորատմանը: Այս կապակցությամբ «Orogen Gold»-ի գործադիր
տնօրեն Էդ Սլոուին մեկնաբանել է, որ ոսկեբեր հատվածի երկրաֆիզիկական հետազոտության
ծրագրի արդյունքները բավականին հուսադրող են: Նա հաստատել է, որ Մուծքը
հանդիսանում է մեծ խորության վրա գտնվող ոսկու նոր հանքավայր, տվյալ էպիթերմալ
շրջանի սահմաններում: Նշվում էր, որ ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարին Orogen Gold plc և
հայկական «Գեոռեյդ» (Georaid CJSC) ընկերության միջև ստորագրվեց մի բացառիկ
պայմանագիր, կապված վերջինիս գույքի նկատմամբ 80% իրավունքների ձեռքբերման հետ,
որի արժեքը կազմում է 2.5 մլն.ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ գործընկերն այդ գումարը պարտավոր է
վճարել մինչև 2016 թվականի օգոստոսը` հորատման այսպես կոչված երկրորդ փուլի
շրջանակներում:


Նախնական հորատման ծրագիրը ցույց է տվել, որ ոսկու
պարունակությունն այդ հանքավայրում էապես ավելին է, քան հայտարարվել էր նախկինում:
Փաստորեն նոր հանքավայրն իր հիմնական տվյալներով նման է Ամուլսարի հանքավայրին,
որը գտնվում է Մուծկից 30 կմ հեռավորության վրա, և որտեղ իր գործունեությունն է
ծավալել Lydian International միջազգային ընկերությունը: Նշենք, որ Մուծքի
հանքավայրը տեղակայված է Հայաստանի հարավային հատվածում, ծովի մակարդակից շուրջ
2.000 մետր բարձրությամբ, Երևանից 3 ժամվա հեռավորությամբ:


 



Ըստ
պաշտոնական կայքի, Orogen Gold ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է հրապարակային
ընկերություն, որի բաժնետոմսերը շրջանառվում է Լոնդանի ֆոնդային բորսայում: Լոնդոնում
և Դուբլինում տեղակայված այս ընկերությունն զբաղվում է Եվրոպայի օգտակար
հանածոների հետախուզմամբ: Ներկայումս գործում է երկու հետախուզական ոսկեբեր
նախագիծ` Մուծկում և Սերբիայի Դելի Յովան բնակավայրում: Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալության տվյալների, «Գեոռեյդ» (Georaid CJSC) ընկերությանը Սյունիքի մարզի
Մուծկ բնակավայրում բազմամետաղ հանքավայրերի երկրահետախուզական աշխատանքների
իրականացման լիցենզիա է տրվել 2010 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին, որն ուժի մեջ է մինչև
2015 թվականի հունիսի 30-ը: Ընկերությունը հիմնվել է 2009 թվականին, իսկ
բաժնետերերի անունները չեն հրապարակվում:
