Restraint should be exercised in the situation of Nagorno-Karabakh the primary task is to exclude regular outbreak of aggression, official representative of Russian foreign ministry Maria Zakharova stated. "The current developments in Nagorno-Karabakh are evidence to our thesis, which we have voiced on the previous briefings that now as never before restraint should be exercised and the stability should be reestablished", Zakharova stated. According to her, the Russian foreign ministry strongly believes that the sides should resume negotiation process, which will be aimed at achieving sustainable peaceful settlement. "We consider it is principally important to activate work on reducing military risks on the basis of the existing agreements", she added according to RIA Novosti. "Currently the primary task is certainly to stabilize the situation, exclude new aggression and new bloodshed and reestablish an atmosphere, which would contribute to re-launch of the negotiation process", Zakharova emphasized.
