ՀՅԴ-ն մաս չի կազմի նոր ձևավորվող կառավարությանը և կշարունակի գործել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում

ՀՅԴ կուսակցությունը մաս չի կազմի նոր ձևավորվող կառավարությանը և կշարունակի գործել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, ասվում է ՀՅԴ կուսակցության` ԱրմԻնֆո ստացված հայտարարության մեջ:


ՙԳիտակցելով իր ամբողջական պատասխանատվությունը կուսակցության վերջին շրջանի քաղաքականության համար` ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմինը, կազմակերպության Գերագույն ժողովից առաջ, անհրաժեշտ է համարում հանրությանը ներկայացնել իր դիրքորոշումները երկրում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:


Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ներքին ու արտաքին բարդագույն մարտահրավերներ է դիմագրավում: Իշխանությունների վարած սոցիալ-տնտեսական քաղաքականության հետևանքով մեր քաղաքացիների գերակշիռ մասը կորցրել է վստահությունն ապագայի հանդեպ և արմատական բարեփոխումներ է պահանջում: Մեր համոզմամբ` առկա խնդիրները հնարավոր է լուծել երկրում համերաշխության մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու, հասարակական-քաղաքական համախմբում առաջացնելու միջոցով:


ՀՅ Դաշնակցությունը ձևակերպել է համակարգային փոփոխությունների, նոր որակի պետություն ստեղծելու, արդյունավետ կառավարում ապահովելու իր պատկերացումները, որոնք ամփոփված են քաղաքական ու տնտեսական առաջադրանքների յոթ կետանոց փաթեթում: Վստահ ենք` դրանց քայլ առ քայլ, բայց ամբողջական իրականացումը երկիրը դուրս կբերի ծանրագույն վիճակից և մեր քաղաքացիների համար ազատ ու բարեկեցիկ կյանք կերաշխավորի: Մենք հետևողականորեն պահանջելու ենք այդ ծրագրի կենսագործումը` ձգտելով մեր սկզբունքների շուրջ համախմբել հասարակության լայն զանգվածներին ու քաղաքական ուժերին:


Այս հանգրվանում ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմինը որդեգրում է հետևյալ մոտեցումները. 1. Մաս չկազմել նոր ձևավորվող կառավարությանը: 2. Հետևել իշխանության և կառավարության գործողություններին, նրանց հանդեպ մեր վերաբերմունքն ու գործակցության ձևաչափը պայմանավորել առաջարկված փաթեթի իրագործման աստիճանով: 3. Շարունակել գործել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում` մի կողմից ձգտելով հանրությանն ու քաղաքական ուժերին համախմբել մեր դավանած ազգային-պետական արժեքների, մեր առաջարկած լուծումների շուրջ, մյուս կողմից` փորձելով մեր երկիրը զերծ պահել ցնցումներից ու անկայունությունից:


Մեր նպատակը եղել և մնում է Հայաստանի պետականության հզորացումը, մեր քաղաքացիների արժանապատիվ, բարեկեցիկ կյանքը:ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմինը այս դիրքորոշումները հանձնում է հանրությանն ու մեկնարկելիք Գերագույն ժողովին` բնականաբար բոլոր հարցերի վճռահատումը թողնելով հայաստանյան կազմակերպության բարձրագույն ժողովին՚,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
