«Շեն Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ն կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխեց իր 4 մլն. ծավալով դոլարային պարտատոմսերը

«Շեն Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ն կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխեց իր 4 մլն. ծավալով դոլարային պարտատոմսերը

 «Շեն Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ն հաստատել է իր ակտիվ
դերը Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկայում, հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխելով 4 մլն. ծավալով իր դոլարային պարտատոմսերը: Ինչպես
ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը
տեղեկացվել է ընկերության մամուլի ծառայությունից, ընթացիկ տարվա նոյեմբերի 20-ից
մինչև նոյեմբերի 25-ը տեղաբաշխվել է 11% եկամտաբերությամբ 40 հազար անվանական,
արժեկտրոնային դոլարային պարտատոմ (մեկ պարտատոմսի արժեքը`$ 100): Կորպորատիվ
պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը կազմում է 5 տարի, իսկ արժեկտրոնային եկամուտները վճարվելու են կիսամյակային
պարբերականությամբ:


 


Հատկանշական է, որ այս պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումն
ավարտվեց նախատեսված ժամկետից (դեկտեմբերի 17-ը) բավականին շուտ: Հոլդինգի այս թողարկման (ինչպես և մյուս բոլոր թողարկումների) անդերրայթերն է
«Կապիտալ Ինվեստմենթս» ներդրումային ընկերությունը: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ընկերության նախագահ Սամվել Բեգլարյանը, թողարկման
շրջանակներում ներգրավված դրամական միջոցներն ընկերությունը կուղղի նախկին պարտքի
վերաֆինանսավորմանը:


 


Աղբյուրի համաձայն, այս
տարվա նոյեմբերի 25-ին ընկերությունը մարեց 2010 թվականի նոյեմբերին թողարկած 1.5
մլրդ.դրամ ծավալով պարտատոմսերը: Այդ թողարկումից ստացված միջոցներն ուղղվեցին «Huntsman
Building Products» ՍՊԸ բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերմանը, ինչի արդյունքում ընկերության
արտադրական տարածքը Երևանում հաջողվեց մեծացնել ևս 4.2 հեկտարով: Այդ տարածքում
արդեն գործում է 2012 թվականին կառուցված 2-րդ արտադրամասը, ինչպես նաև տեղակայված
են «Շեն Դեկոր» խանութների ցանցի պահեստները: Այդ տարածքում նախատեսվում է նաև
3-րդ արտադրամասի տեղակայումը, որն արտադրում է գիպս և շինարարական չոր շաղախ,
ինչի հետևանքով կընդլայնվեն պահեստները: Նշենք, որ ընկերությունն առաջին անգամ
կորպորատիվ պարտքի շուկա դուրս եկավ 2006 թվականին (40 մլն.դրամ թողարկման ծավալով` դառնալով Հայաստանի կորպորատիվ
պարտատոմսերի շուկայի պիոները): Հոլդինգը մշակում է նաև IPO անցկացման պլան:


 


Հիշեցնենք, որ«Շեն Կոնցեռն»- ը հիմնադրվել է 1995 թվականին:
2012 թվականի վերջին ընկերությունը
վերակազմավորվեց, միավորելով Huntsman Building Products ընկերությունը և «Շեն Գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ն, որից հետո վերանվանվեց «Շեն Հոլդինգ»-ի: «Շեն Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ-ն
զբաղվում է շինանյութերի, այդ թվում` ներկերի, լաքերի, շինարարական չոր շաղախների,
ինչպես նաև բետոնային բլոկների, ապրանքային բետոնի ու մայթային սալիկների
արտադրութամբ և իրացմամբ: Ընկերությունն ակտիվ արտադրական գործունեություն է
ծավալում նաև Վրաստանում: Ներկայումս հոլդինգն ակտիվորեն աշխատում է սեփական
հումքային բազայի ձևավորման վրա, տիրապետելով տարածաշրջանի ամենախոշոր գիպսային
հանքավայրին: Ներկայումս «Շեն Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ ձեռնարկություններում աշխատում է մոտ
500 մարդ: Ընկերության ակտիվները, ըստ հոլդինգի տվյալների, 2013 թվականի առաջին
կիսամյակի վերջին կազմել են 16 մլրդ.դրամ, կանոնադրական կապիտալը` 3.35 մլրդ.դրամ,
իսկ կուտակված շահույթը` 2.7 մլրդ.դրամ:
