ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան
Բանկն ընդլայնում է համագործակցությունը «Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ հետ, որը զբաղեցնում է
առաջատար դիրք ՀՀ միջազգային ավտոփոխադրումների շուկայում: Բանկի և ընկերության
համագործակցությունը սկսվել է 2012թ., իսկ 2013թ. մարտին ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը
կատարել է միջազգային ֆակտորինգի առաջին գործարքը ՎՏԲ Ֆակտորինգի (ՎՏԲ խումբ) հետ
համատեղ, որի շրջանակում ընկերության համար բացվել է 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային
սահմանաչափ:


 


Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի
լրատվական ծառայությունից, որպես արգասաբեր ու շարունակական համագործակցության
խորհրդանիշ ընկերության 114 բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների կողմային պատերին առկա է
բանկի տարբերանշանը և «Ֆինանսական գործընկեր` ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» գրվածքը:


 


«Սպայկա» միջազգային փոխադրումների ընկերությունն
իրականացնում է բեռնափոխադրումներ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան, ԱՊՀ երկրներ ու Եվրոպա,
զբաղվում է փրփրած պոլիստիրոլից պրոդուկտների արտադրանքով ու փաթեթավորման
նյութերի արտադրմամբ, թարմ մրգերի ու բանջարեղենի արտահանմամբ, պահածոների
արտադրանքով ու բաշխմամբ:


 


«Միջազգային շուկայում ՎՏԲ խմբի բարձր վարկանիշն ու խմբի
ներսում հաջող համագործակցությունը նպաստում է արտահանմամբ զբաղվող  հաճախորդներին համար լավագույն պայմաններ
ապահովելուն, ինչն էլ իր հերթին հնարավորություն է տալիս ավելացնելու Հայաստանի և
այլ երկրների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը: ՎՏԲ տարբերանշանի առկայությունը
«Սպայկա» ընկերության բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների վրա ընդգծում է հաճախորդի հետ
ունեցած գործընկերային հարաբերությունները և ծառայում է մեր բանկի` որպես ՎՏԲ
միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի վստահելի մասնակցի իմիջի ամրապնդմանը»,-ասել է
ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Գուսևը:


 


«Մեր ընկերությունն արդեն մի քանի տարի է օգտվում է
ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ծառայություններից: Այս ընթացքում մենք համոզվել ենք, որ բանկը
վստահելի գործընկեր է, որը ձգտում է երկարաժամկետ ու սերտ հարաբերություններ
ունենալ իր հաճախորդների հետ: Մենք ամրապնդելու 
և զարգացնելու ենք 
մեր համագործակցությունը, որը հիմնված է պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և
համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակի վրա»,-նշել է «Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն
Դավիթ Ղազարյան:


 


Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության թղթակցի հետ զրույցում
հայտարարել է «Սպայկա» ընկերության զարգացման դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն
Բաղդասարյանը, ներկա սեզոնում (հունիս ամսից) ընկերությունն արտահանել է 4 հազար
տոննա բանջարեղեն և կարտոֆիլ, որից 2 հազար տոննա թարմ կարտոֆիլ, ինչը նախաձեռնվել
էր ընկերության արտահանումային նոր դիրքով: Մինչև տարեվերջ ընկերությունը
պատրաստվում է բանջարեղենի արտահանումը հասցնել 10 հազար տոննայի, մրգերի
արտահանումը` 80 հազար տոննայի: Ընկերության արտահանումային տեսականու մեջ տեղ է
գտել նաև թարմ սունկը, որի արտահանման ծավալը կկազմի մոտ 1 հազար տոննա, ինչպես
նաև բողկը, որի արտահանման ծավալը կկազմի 9 հազար տոննա, ջերմոցային
պրոդուկտներինը կկազմի 3 հազար տոննա, խաղողինը`10 հազար տոննա, խնձորինը` 10
հազար տոննա, կաղամբինը` 12 հազար տոննա և այլն: Բաղդասարյանի խոսքով,
ընկերությունն իր գործունեության արտահանումային կողմնորոշումը զարգացնելու
նպատակով մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսում է ավտոպարկը մեծացնել 30%-ով: 


 



Նշենք,
որ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել
2004թ. ապրիլին: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ 100%
բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ
շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա
դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67
մասնաճյուղ:
