Ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտ Շահբազ Գուլիևը դատարանում ներկայացրել է հայ պատանու սպանության որոշ մանրամասներ

Ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն-հետախուզական խմբի անդամ Շահբազ
Գուլիևը հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Ստեփանակերտում ընթացող դատավարության ընթացքում
ներկայացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Շահումյանի շրջանի բնակիչ Սմբատ Ցականյանի
սպանության որոշ մանրամասներ: Նրա ասելով, ինքը Դիլհամ Ասկերովի և Հասան Հասանովի
հետ միասին անցնում էին շրջանով, և Սմբատ Ցականյանի առևանգման պահը ինքը չի տեսել:
Տղային սպանելու գաղափարը ծնվել է Ասկերովի գլխում: Գուլիևը նաև պնդել է, թե
սպանության պահը նույնպես չի տեսել: Նրա ասելով, ինքը լսել է  կրակոց, շրջվելով, տեսել է, որ տղան պառկած է
ճանապարհի մեջտեղում: Գուլիևի ասելով, ինքը չի տեսել, թե ով է կրակել: Ուշագրավ է,
որ քննության տվյալներով, զենքը եղել է խլացուցիչով: Գուլիևի ասելով, Հասանովն ու
Ասկերովը վիճաբանել են, բայց ինքը չգիտի, թե ինչի շուրջ: 


 


Այնուհետև խումբը հասել է
Քարվաճառ, որտեղ նրանց նկատել են, և նրանք փորձել են թաքնվել: Նրանց են մոտեցել
երկու տղամարդ, մեկը` զինվորական համազգեստով, մյուսը` քաղաքացիական հագուստով:
Գուլիևի ասելով, քաղաքացիական հագուստով մարդը հարձակվել է իր վրա, ինչից հետո
ինքն այլևս ոչինչ չի հիշում:


 


ԼՂՀ  ոստիկանության տվյալներով, Ադրբեջանի վերը
նշված քաղաքացիները հունիսի 29-ին զիված ապօրանաբար հատել են ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանը
և ներթափանցել Շահումյանի շրջանի տարածք` հետախուզական գործունեություն ծավալելու
նպատակով: Նրանք հատուկ առաջադրանքով տեղեկատվություն են հավաքել, և իրականացրել
լրտեսական  գործունեություն: Նրանք հուլիսի
4-ին զենքի կիրառմամբ առևանգել են անչափահաս Սմբատ Ցականյանին, ում դիակը
հայտնաբերվել է հուլսի 15-ին Շահումյանի շրջանի Քավաճառ և Մանաշիդ համայնքների
անտառային գոտում` հրազենային վիրավորումներով: Հուլիսի 11-ին Հասանովը
Վարդենիս-Քարվաճառ ավտոճանապարհին ազգային ատելության հողի վրաի հրազենից արձակած
գնդակով սպանել է Երևանի բնակիչ Սարգիս Աբրահամյանին, իսկ Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի
բնակչուհի Կարինե Դանիելյանին հրազենային վիրավորում է պատճառել: Հասանովը զինված
դիմադրություն է  ցույց տվել  իր ձերբակալման գործողության ժամանակ և
վնասազերծվել է: Շահբազ Գուլիևն ու Դիլհամ Ասկերովը կալանավորվել են:

Ասկերովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածով (լրտեսություն), ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 350-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պահպանվող պետական սահմանը կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից հատելը), ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 245-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք կրելը), 129-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մարդուն բացահայտ առևանգելը, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով, զենքի գործադրմամբ, անչափահասի նկատմամբ կատարված` կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից), ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 7-րդ և 14-րդ կետերով (սպանություն` զուգորդված մարդուն առևանգելով, կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով) և ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 33-րդ հոդվածով, 103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ և 14-րդ կետերով (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով երկու անձանց սպանության փորձ):
