Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այցել է Թեղուտի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքավայր

 ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլի 19-ին Լոռու մարզ
կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում այցելել է Թեղուտի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքավայր:


 


Ինչպես
լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը տեղեկացրել է «Վալեքս» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ
Վալիրի Մեժլումյանը, հանքավայրը շահագործման կհանձնվի մինչև 2014 թվականի ավարտը:
Ծրագրի առաջին փուլում նախատեսվում է 7 մլն.տոննա հանքանյութի արդյունահանում: Ըստ
միջինացված ցուցանիշների, արտադրության առաջին 14 տարիներին տարեկան
կարդյունահանվի մոտ 63 տոննա պղնձի խտանյութ` 32% պղնձի պարունակությամբ, ինչպես
նաև մոտ 960 տոննա պղնձի խտանյութ` 50% մոլիբդենի պարունակությամբ:


 


Թեղուտի
հանքավայրի շահագործման առաջին փուլում ներդնելով մոտ 350 մլն.դոլար, «Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ
տարեկան կարդյունահանի պղնձի և մոլիբդենի խտանյութ` 200 մլն.դոլար ընդհանուր
գումարով:


 


Մեժլումյանը
հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ հանքավայրի շահագործման մեկնարկից հետո առաջին 6 ամիսներին
նախատեսվում է ստանալ ISO 14000 (բնապահպանական մենեջմենտի ստեղծման միջազգային
ստանդարտներ) և OHSAS 18001 (աշխատակազմի առողջության պահպանման և անվտանգության
համակարգի միջազգային ստանդարտ) համապատասխանության սերթիֆիկատներ:


 


Ինչ վերաբերվում
է բնապահպանական ծրագրերին, ապա այստեղ նշվել է անտառատնկման ծրագիրը, որի
համաձայն 375 հա անտառի փոխարեն, որը հանքավայրի մշակման նպատակով պետք է հատվի,
կտնկվի 714 հա մակերեսով անտառ: «Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում նաև
Թեղուտի տարածքում գտնվող պատմա-մշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանմանը:


 


Ըստ կնքված
պայմանագրի, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հնեաբանության և էթնոգրաֆիայի ինստիտուտը հանքավայրի տարածքում
իրականացնում է պեղումներ և այլ հետազտություններ, ինչպես նաև փորձագիտական
վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում հողային աշխատանքների ընթացքում գտնված
պատմամշակութային արժեքներ ներկայացնող հուշարձանների ու առարկաների գնահատման և
պահպանման նկատմամբ:


 


Հնեաբանական
արշավախմբի շրջանակներում Թեղուտում գտնվել է վաղ բրոնզե դարի (մ.թ.ա. 4-րդ
դար-մ.թ.ա. 3-րդ դար) մի քանի հնագույն հուշարձան: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև միջնադարյան
ձուլարանով բնակավայր, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ հանքավայրերից օգտվել են դեռ
հարյուրավոր տարիներ առաջ:


 



Նշենք,
որ «Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ հիմնվել է 2006 թվականի մայիսի 22-ին, «Վալեքս» խմբի կողմից:
Ընկերության բաժմետոմսերի 100% պատկանում է կիպրոսյան «Թեղուտ Ինվեսթմենտ Լիմիթեդ»
ընկերությանը, որի բաժնետոմերի 100%-ը պատկանում է «Արմենիան Քոփր Փրոգրամ»
ՓԲԸ-ին, որն էլ պատկանում է Վալերի Մեժլումյանին: Իր պաշարներով Թեղուտի
հանքավայրը երկրորդն է Հայաստանում, Քաջարանի պղնձի հանքավայրից հետո: 1991
թվականին հանքավայրի սահմանված պաշարները կազմել են 450 մլն.տոննա հանքանյութ, այդ
թվում` 1.6 մլն.տոննա պղինձ` 0.355% պարունակությամբ և 99 հազ. տոննա մոլիբդեն`
0.022% պարունակությամբ: Թեղուտի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքավայրի շահագործման
ծրագիրը ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատվել է 2007 թվականի նոյեմբերին:
