"There will be no land concession in Nagorno- Karabakh," the Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan said in an interview with Artsakh Public Television.
"I am aware of the discussions and comments related to the return of lands, I would like these baseless discussions to be stopped," he said.
President urged not to look for contradictions between the positions of Armenia and Artsakh.
"It is necessary to stop looking for contradictions between the stances of Armenia and Artsakh. There can be no such thing. We are dealing with an issue of nation-wide importance, and cannot have any contradictions. We are carrying out consistent work and have not yet received from Azerbaijan the answer to the major question, whether they accept our independence or not. If not, what is discussed, is void," he said.
The NKR president addressed the world community's response to the April aggression of Azerbaijan.
"The international community should reconsider its approach towards Azerbaijan," Bako Sahakyan.
Bako Sahakyan noted that the response of the international community during April four-day war and thereafter can not be satisfying, since the assessments weren't precise, there being only calls directed to both sides.
"Meantime, the international community has mechanisms, even military ones, that are used in such situations. The world community considers the actions similar to Azerbaijan's aggression as a threat to the civilized world and consequently fights aggressors," he said.
