Arthur Grigoryan has been appointed commercial manager of the mobile communication division at Beeline Armenia.
The company's press service has told ArmInfo that Arthur Grigoryan has been working in Armenia for over 15 years. Over the past five years, he headed "Alfa-Pharm" CJSC, which is one of the leading companies in the pharmaceutical market of Armenia. As Alfa-Pharm director general, Grigoryan doubled the retail chain, elaborated and introduced a customer loyalty program and a staff motivation system on the basis of Key Performance Indicators.
When commenting on the appointment, Andrey Pyatakhin, Director General of Beeline Armenia, said, "I wish success to Arthur and his team in the business line, which is strategically important to us, i.e. in strengthening our positions in the market of mobile services. I am glad to say that the commercial function of the mobile communication division of our company will be performed by an experienced manager, who is perfectly familiar with the business and market of Armenia".
To note, Arthur Grigoryan graduated from the Economy Faculty of the Yerevan State University. Later he was awarded a degree of Doctor of Economics at the Institute for Economic Studies (Yerevan, Armenia), as well as an MBA at the Mason School of Business (Williamsburg, USA).
