On May 21, as many as 112 museums in Armenia will open to visitors as part of the traditional Museum Night campaign from 6 pm till midnight. Entrance is free.
The campaign was first held in Berlin in 1997. Within nine years, it has become an all- European campaign with the support of the Council of Europe and the International Council of Museums. The first museum in Armenia to join the campaign was Sergey Paradjanov Museum (2003). Last year 100 museums in Armenia and Nagorno- Karabakh participated in the event.
