ArmInfo.Armenia's former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan posted the following Facebook message:
"There are thousands of missing people in Artsakh. Because of lack of communication, finding them or finding out whether they are killed or not is particularly difficult.
"Many family members cannot find each other: parents cannot find their children, children cannot find their parents, sisters cannot find their brothers.
"Residential areas are cut off from each other, people's fates are unknown.
"In addition to all this, there is a lack of food, communication, electricity, gas, medicine and basic necessities of life, all of which increasing the sufferings of people."
On September 19, Azerbaijan, under the pretext of an anti-terrorist operation, undertook another act of aggression against Artsakh. As a result of enemy aggression, hundreds of Artsakh residents were injured, more than 200 were reported killed, including civilians, more than 400 were wounded, and another 7,000 were evacuated. On September 20, Artsakh fell. Azerbaijan began the forcible subjugation of the NKR. Thousands of Artsakh civilians are now at the deployment point of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Ivanyan.
