ArmInfo. Aram Orbelyan, lawyer of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, has filed a lawsuit against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The statement circulated by director of "Concern Dialogue" lawyer company Sedrak Asatryan, in particular, states: <On March 10, during the "YES" campaign on the constitutional referendum in Kajaran, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated that the senior partner of "Concern Dialogue" company lawyer Aram Orbelyan, in violation of the existing procedure, repeatedly visited the building of the Constitutional Court when the "case of March 1" was considered in the Constitutional Court. In view of that fact, Aram Orbelyan filed a lawsuit against Nikol Pashinyan demanding to refute the information being defamatory, as well as to pay monetary compensation for moral damage>.
