ArmInfo.Armenia appreciates warm relations with fraternal Greece. This was stated at a meeting with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias by Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
As the RA Foreign Ministry press service told ArmInfo, the interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda, confirmed their readiness to take joint initiatives to develop cooperation in sectors of mutual interest, in this context, stating that the Armenia-Greece trilateral format of cooperation was approved last year. - Cyprus is intended to complement the bilateral agenda. The ministers discussed the preparations for the tripartite summit, scheduled for April this year in Yerevan.
Having positively assessed the current level of Armenian-Greek cooperation, Mnatsakanyan and Nikos Dendias pointed out the importance of encouraging high-level mutual visits.
The interlocutor also touched on pressing issues of the international and regional agenda, recent developments in the Middle East.
