ArmInfo. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian sent condolences on the death of Former Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Georgy Kutoyan.

 As ArmInfo was informed in the press service of the President of Armenia, the  message specifically states:  .   Condolences on the death of Kutoyan were also expressed by  third  President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.  The message of the Sargsyan's  office on Facebook, in particular, says: "I am deeply shocked by the  tragic death of Georgy Kutoyan. Words are powerless to express that  great tragedy, which is an irreversible and overly painful loss not  only for the family of Georgy Kutoyan, but also for all those who  have ever known this polite young man and statesman endowed with high  moral and professional qualities. I send my condolences to the family  and relatives of Georgy Kutoyan and at this difficult moment for  them, I share their great sorrow. The course of the investigation in  connection with the death of Kutoyan should be closely monitored and  controlled by the Armenian society, given its previous status held in  the state>.

Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan also reacted to the death of  Kutoyan. ,  Gharamyan  wrote on his Facebook page .

The words of support to the Kutoyan's family were also expressed by  former Vice-Speaker of the Armenian parliament, former Minister of  Justice of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan. "The death of  former  Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Georgy Kutoyan  in human terms, is unexpected, painful and tragic. I express my  condolences to his family, relatives and friends in connection with  his untimely death.  Rest in peace: PS I have a human request to  those who are responsible for the propaganda machine of authority.  Move away from the foreground those who loot and abuse the memory of  the deceased and have nothing sacred. They do not even allow me to  form even a neutral statement about all of you>, Hovhannisyan wrote  on Facebook.  It is noteworthy that there is still no reaction from  the National Security Service of Armenia, which Kutoyan led for 2  years from 2016 to 2018.  To recall, on January 17, the body of the  former director of the National SecurityServiceof Armenia, Georgy  Kutoyan, was found with gunshot wound. The body was discovered by his  wife. Law enforcers found weapons and dozens of bullets and shells at  the scene. A criminal case was instituted under Article 110 of the  Criminal Code of Armenia (bringing to suicide), however, the IC did  not exclude that in the future the case could be qualified as murder.  Everything will depend on the results of the materials collected  based on the results of multiple examinations.
