ArmInfo. Armenia introduces a ban on the import of poultry meat from two regions of Poland - Lublin and Greater Poland Voivodeship due to the outbreak of bird flu.
By the order of the head of the Food Safety Inspection Authority, from January 10 from the above areas it is forbidden to import into the Republic of Armenia live poultry (all types), all types of products from poultry meat, raw materials (feathers, down), eggs, meat flour, feed (excluding feed, containing synthetic and chemical substances), polymer and cardboard containers.
The decision was made based on information provided by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE).
We add that more than 100 thousand birds died from bird flu in the Lublin and Greater Poland
