ArmInfo.Hayk Martirosyan, an employee of the Yerevan Automobile Customs in Noragavit, who was dismissed in April 2019 for inappropriate attitude to the state flag of Armenia, was reinstated in an equal position.
This was stated by head of the department David Ananyan on November 4 in an interview with reporters.Earlier, on October 29, on his Facebook page, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that he had ordered the chairman of the State Revenue Committee, David Ananyan, to again accept Martirosyan to the service, of course, with the consent of the latter. "I think that the previous segment was enough to draw the proper conclusions,"- noted the head of government. Pashinyan pointed out the need to develop standards for the attitude to the state flag of the Republic of Armenia, starting from technical standards (the state flag installed at the ceremony, the state flag installed at the workplace, the state flag installed in the open air, etc.) to the attitude to him. "In the near future I am going to give specific instructions on this issue," the prime minister wrote. As Ananyan pointed out to reporters, Martirosyan was appointed to the position of senior customs inspector of the department for control of customs bodies of the internal security department of the State Customs Department.
According to him, there can be no talk of restoring moral or any damage, since Hayk Martirosyan was dismissed at his own request and adopted in a similar way.Recall that on April 9, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a Ararat customs terminal made a remark to one of the workers about the "improper attitude to the state flag" and called for a letter of resignation. The prime minister's demand has sparked criticism in social networks. The State Revenue Committee stated that the inspector of the customs service Hayk Martirosyan, who received the prime minister's remark, was dismissed at his own request.
