ArmInfo. A meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held near Moscow in Skolkovo.
According to the press service of the Government of the Russian Federation, ArmInfo was informed that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev attended the meeting; Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan; Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov; Prime Minister of Belarus Sergey Rumas; Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin; Kyrgyz Prime Minister Muhammedkaly Abylgaziev; Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of Moldova Vadim Ivanovich Brynzan; Tajik Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda; Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Gochmyrat Myradov; Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov; Chairman of the Executive Committee - Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergey Lebedev.
Medvedev during a speech, indicated that the meeting taking place in the Skolkovo innovation center, where there is a special environment, are represented by leading companies engaged in innovative development in the Russian Federation. "These are large organizations, and small ones, such as startups that have just begun developing modern technologies, their implementation. I hope that you will be interested to see how life works here. And I hope this atmosphere will contribute to a successful meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of Government" noted the Russian prime minister.
During the meeting, 17 documents were reviewed and signed. The Council of Heads of Government meets twice a year; extraordinary meetings can be convened at the initiative of the government of one of the member states.
