ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will speak at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which will be held from April 8 to 12 in Strasbourg.
The session is also scheduled to address the Prime Minister of Georgia, the PACE website reports. PACE addresses the issue of stopping hate speech, as well as the role of political leaders in this process.
