ArmInfo. Any attempts of resolving issues using violent methods will get harsh legal response, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
"All those who in the new Armenia resort to violence, lies, forgery, act against the state, democracy and the people," the prime minister wrote. At the same time, Pashinyan did not specify the incident related to which he made this statement.
To note, however, that the night before, a blogger Narek Malyan, who was once an assistant to the former Chief of Police Vladimir Gasapyaran, was attacked near his home. After the change of power, Malyan became a zealous oppositionist, organized a number of protest actions, including against the resignation of the rector of Yerevan University Aram Simonyan. According to Malyan himself, he was attacked by members of the <Restart> movement, consisting of Yerevan State University students.
Today at 1:00 pm, an action in defense of Malyan will be organized in front of the YSU, which is held by opponents of the current authorities.
