ArmInfo.The issues of Armenian-Slovak relations became the subject of discussions during the meeting of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held yesterday with Davos Peter Pellegrini, the Prime Minister of Slovakia, held in Davos.According to the press service of the RA government, during the meeting the interlocutors discussed issues of mutual interest.
The sides noted the importance of intensifying cooperation between the governments of the two countries in order to give new impetus to trade and economic relations.Peter Pellegrini also informed that in the near future the visit of the Speaker of the Slovakian Parliament to Armenia is planned, which will also contribute to the expansion of bilateral ties. At the same time, he noted that the issue of ratification of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement between the EU and Armenia is on the agenda of the Slovak Parliament, and this process will be completed soon.In the framework of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Nikol Pashinyan also held short meetings with the King of Belgium Philip, the Prime Ministers of Spain and Georgia, Pedro Sanchez and Mamuka Bakhtadze.Prime Minister Pashinyan's visit to the Swiss Confederation is over.
