ArmInfo. "A participant of yesterday's incident with a bus with draftees, a certain Meruzhan Voskanyan, came to the Military Police." The spokesman for the  Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote this on his Facebook  page.

To note, on January 8, in the interval between 10:30am and 11:30am,  the bus that transported conscripts from the Nairi department of the  Kotayk military registration and enlistment office to the central  collection point in Yerevan was cut by a group of young people,  demanding that the doors be opened. "The actions of young people  created an emergency situation on the road, they grossly violated  public order and showed frank disrespect for others. In addition,  young people damaged the bus," the statement reads.

However, the incident was not exhausted, and the actions of this  group of young people continued in Yerevan. Two young people managed  to kick open the doors of the bus. Bursting into the salon, they used  violence to the inspector of the Nairi military registration and  enlistment office who accompanied the recruits, hitting him in the  face and insulting him, trying to beat the driver, forcing him to  leave the salon. A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of  Article 258 of the RA Criminal Code.

One of the participants, Gor Hakobyan, was detained yesterday. The  Investigative Committee of Armenia will carry out the preliminary  investigation of this case. What motivated hooliganism, unbridled  behavior of young people is not yet known?
