ArmInfo.On October 2, the Department of State Interests Protection of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia, on the basis of the fact of the  revealed violations in the work of the State Property Management  Committee under the Government of the Republic of Armenia, initiated  a criminal case under articlesfull 314 (partI) And 308 (part II) of the  RA Criminal Code.  

According to the General Prosecutor's Office of  the Republic of Armenia, the investigation revealed that as a result  of placing false information in official documents from officials of  the Committee on State Property Management and non-fulfillment of  service obligations, Ani has expropriated lands and by the cost of  22.695.306 drams were transferred to the Water User Society of Shirak  . In the message of the Prosecutor General's Office it is explained  that these lands were not subject to alienation.  Moreover, according  to a qualified estimate of this property, the market value of the  alienated lands is actually estimated at 244.600.000 drams, which is  10 times higher than the price for which these lands were transferred  to the Shirak Water Users Society.  The results of the preliminary  investigation were transferred to the Investigative Committee of the  Republic of Armenia.
