"Since when does the head of the National Security Council have the authority to dictate to the judge how should he act? During the 8-minute conversation, they are discussing the possible arrest of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian, as well as criminal cases brought against the CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan.
