ArmInfo.The "Constituent Parliament" movement and the "Sasna Tsrer" group announced the establishment of the "Sasna Tsrer" party, member of the group "Sasna  Tsrer", member of the "Constituent Parliament" Varuzhan Avetisyan  informed  at a press conference in Yerevan today. 

According to him, the newly-founded party will be guided by the  political culture of justice and light, will promote the current  imperative to exclude external interference in the affairs of the  country. He added that the new party will not be the legal successor  of the "Sasna Tsrer" armed group and the latter, after all its  members are released from prison, will be dissolved. In this context,  Avetisyan reminded that three members of the group - Pavel Manukyan,  Armen Bilyan and Smbat Barseghyan - continue to remain in the  custody. 

At the same time, Avetisyan stressed that the party considers that  the solution of existing problems lies in the implementation of  fundamental steps to achieve genuine state sovereignty through a  transitional stage.  "First of all, the former regime of the  colonial-dictatorial management should be replaced by the regime of  transitional democracy," Avetisyan said.

At the same time he found it difficult to say who will lead the  party, noting that this will be decided after the party is fully  formed. He also expressed the conviction that the party will have  hundreds and thousands of supporters, and they will be the second  largest party in the country, but only avant-garde will be accepted  into its ranks.
