ArmInfo. The vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament reacted to yesterday's speech of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in the Republic Square, where he  reported to the people about the work done for 100 days in power.

In his statement, Sharmazanov drew parallels between Pashinian's  speech and the methods of actions of Louis XIV, the French Jacobins,  the Trotskyites and the Bolsheviks. "It was not a speech-a report on  what was done or not done, but a stream of threats." Pashinyan, in  every second word, referring to the assistance of the majority,  threatened all those who dared to have a different opinion, having  proclaimed their opinion and gathered on the square as the sole and  Pashinyan threatened the judges and opponents, rudely violated the  presumption of innocence, compared state institutions to the ground,  and proclaimed the street as the only decision-making structure, as  in the medieval Novgorodian valet, " Teal Sharmazanov.

At the same time, the vice speaker also stated that in the end  Pashinyan stated what he criticized the previous authorities, namely,  that for the sake of preserving power he is ready to change even the  Constitution. Sharmazanov expressed the conviction that over the past  100 days Pashinyan had not forgotten anything, but he had learned  nothing, and blackmail and populism, as before, remain the main  tools. "Pashinyan proclaimed himself as the sole and independent  bearer of power as the sole and independent bearer of power, assuming  the function of a judge and a decision-maker." It is obvious that  Pashinyan was in a difficult situation and nervous, and pours threats  to the right and left, calling for the NSS's ambulance. It's time to  settle down, it's impossible to take advantage of the emotional  background of a part of the people, to go on adventures, this is the  21st century and democratic Armenia, and not the dictatorship  obtained through blackmail, "the vice-speaker said.  Sharmazanov  reminded Pashinyan that he is no longer an oppositionist, but a  representative of the authorities is responsible for the situation in  the country and called not to try to threaten state institutions and  deputies who have a different opinion and position, not to try to  encroach on the law and the state.  "During the 100 days of your stay  in power, there are already dangerous trends: the violation of  freedom of speech, dissent, the presumption of innocence, the  subordination of state institutions and legislation to its interests,  attempts to destroy national and Christian values, open attacks on  the NSS, price increases, propaganda of perversions, propaganda of  terrorism, falsification of court cases, "Sharmazanov said.

In conclusion, he stressed his confidence that even a hundred days  later he remains at his opinion that Pashinyan cannot be either the  Prime Minister of RA or the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
