ArmInfo. The Ministry of Healthcare of Armenia calls on citizens not to swim in the seaweed areas of Lake Sevan.
According to the statement of the Ministry, seaweed can be dangerous to health and become the cause of such diseases as asthma, allergies, dizziness, fever, abdominal cramps, sore throats and joint pains, liver problems.
The Ministry urges citizens to see a doctor in case of having such symptoms after swimming in the lake.
