ArmInfo. The Artsakh government did not provide any machines to the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union. About this on his page in social network Facbook wrote the former state minister of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan.
In a statement distributed by the ex-state minister, in particular, it says: "The exposures connected with the deputy general, the head of the SDE Manvel Grigoryan, shocked everyone and personally for me were painful." As a result of these exposures, questions arose that need answers. the fact that we all have to wait for the end of the investigation in order to give a final assessment of what happened, nevertheless, due to the fact that some people are trying to speculate on behalf of the government and Artsakh authorities, I consider it necessary to officially declare that From the side of the NKR government, no cars were transferred to the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union. For all the facts of humanitarian assistance, in the process of their receipt and distribution, we once submitted detailed reports. Moreover, I would like to present the following clarifications:
1. On 4 April 2016, the Government of Artsakh, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, established an operational headquarters to coordinate the process of obtaining and distributing aid. He acted for 3-4 months. We summed up the overall work by the end of the same year. 2. During this period, the government received a variety of assistance, including financial, food, technical and so on. A number of organizations and individuals donated to Artsakh cars, which were transferred to the Defense Army, and the rest to government agencies.
3. With regard to financial donations transferred to the government's special account, we also submitted a transparent and public report.
4. I note that, in addition to the publication of reports on the distribution of financial and material assistance, until August 2016 we organized visits to the front line by public and political figures. Various officials and politicians of Armenia participated in them, including the current Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. I consider this to be one of the indicators of the transparent activity of my operational headquarters.
5. I will add that a number of individuals, groups and organizations also provided assistance, which delivered them directly to the addressees without the mediation of the NKR Government. This process was not coordinated by the Artsakh government. The Union of Yerkrapah volunteers probably received such donations, but in what form and in what amount did the government and authorities of Artsakh not know and could know>.
