Nikol Pashinyan and Hasan Rohani discussed a number of issues concerning friendly Armenian-Iranian relations and cooperation, as well as the international and regional agenda.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the latest developments around Iran's nuclear program. In this context, the parties expressed their hope that there will be an opportunity, as a result of negotiations, to reach a settlement of the situation that has arisen.
Mutually stressed is the importance of further deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas, as well as the need for effective implementation of joint programs, making maximum use of all existing potential.
During the telephone conversation, Nikol Pashinyan and Hasan Roukhani reached an agreement to agree on the plans for the forthcoming meetings.
