ArmInfo. The Republican party mistakenly assessed the appeals of the leader of the opposition movement Nikol Pashinyan to national accord as a weakness. Such a view was expressed by ArmInfo military analyst, director of the Center for Strategic Studies "Ashkharh" (Stepanakert), Hrachya Arzumanyan.
"In any case, such an opinion develops after watching their speeches and questions to Nikolay Pashinyan in the Parliament.I think that the RPA did not understand what is happening in the country and if they do not want to get a political tsunami they should still come to their senses" , he noted. The analyst sees pressure on the Republican MPs on the part of Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan in order to influence the results of the voting. According to him, the best way to counteract such pressure is to enter the streets of the residents of not only Yerevan, but also all the cities of Armenia, with the support of the Diaspora. Arzumanyan believes that Republicans are trying to lead Pashinyan aside with his own issues, which have nothing to do with the main agenda. In his opinion, in this light, it would be right to simply break off such questions and not engage in meaningless discussions, for example, on agriculture. According to his estimates, Pashinyan is being elected today as an extraordinary, temporary prime minister, respectively, and his questions should be on the current situation, not on the reform strategy. "For example, how people who signed under the Madrid principles, exhaust Pashinyan with absolutely trivial questions on Artsakh looks almost touching." At the same time, it's not clear at all, and here today Artsakh .The main thing is the revival that the Armenian people are experiencing today. - today's voting on a provisional premiere, by and large - a vote on the choice of our common future: Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora, "Arzumanyan summed up.
