ArmInfo. Not only Armenian, but  all societies may have discontent. Armenian Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan stated this in an interview with "Shant" TV channel,  answering the question whether he expected his premiership to cause such a wave of protests.  

According to him, in such countries as Armenia, there is more discontent, and it is felt more sharply, as the standard of living does not allow people to meet their needs even  in the middle measure. Sargsyan is convinced that the issue here is  not in discontent or actions. "You see for yourself how much we have  increased the possibilities of people from the point of view of  expressing discontent." For many years in Armenia there are no  obstacles to expressing discontent, except when such actions are of a  non-peaceful nature. "I believe that this is beneficial to the  authorities and It's another matter how much the expression of this  discontent corresponds to the letter of the law, "Sargsyan said.

At the same time, according to the prime minister, when the  participants of the shares begin to restrict the rights of other  people, there must be a feature that should not be crossed. According  to the prime minister, when the actions of several hundred or  thousands of people cross that facet that defines peaceful protests  and violate the rights of other citizens, then questions arise. "The  question arises, why should a parent worry about sending children to  school, or when someone is late for work because of the desire of  some to destabilize the situation in the country ... Several dozen  people decided to destabilize the situation in the country in any  way. I am sure that you also have a question as to how long this  situation will last, but I am sure that the Armenian people are wise  and in similar situations they always make the right decision, and it  is this wisdom that we are pinning in. You saw how restrained our  right but I would not want this disproportion to be so violated that  law enforcement agencies would have to use force, there is no desire  to resort to coercion, but the atmosphere of permissiveness can not  reign, "Sargsyan said.

To the remark that people are protesting against his personality and  whether there was a different candidate for premiers in the ruling  Republican Party and how he treats flattery, Sargsyan stressed that  he is against flattery, as well as to the fact that a person is  groundless blackened. "But is flattery when the party unanimously  decides to nominate a specific person, in this case me in the  premiere? Then the question arises, how management should be carried  out," the newly elected prime minister asked.

At the same time, he advised those who do not like him, patiently  wait and see how the country develops, draw conclusions, and if they  do not satisfy them during the next election, vote for other  candidates, or convince people to vote for them.
