ArmInfo. In recent days protests and processions were held in Yerevan, during which the requirements of the law on freedom of protest actions were violated. This is stated in the statement of the RA Police.
According to the statement, more than 100 people participated in the last processions, however, the leaders of the communities were not provided with notifications about the holding of the shares by their organizers in accordance with the established procedure. Meanwhile, according to the police, during the marches protesters blocked the traffic. Armenian police calls upon the organizers and participants of the rallies to comply with the requirements of the laws and the public order, not to restrict the rights of other people and the interests of the public, as well as to refrain from any actions that violate public order.
The police also warns that in case of any violation of the rule of law by the organizers or participants of the rallies, an "adequate legal assessment of these actions" will be given.
It should be noted that in recent days, actions of various opposition forces against the premiership of Serzh Sargsyan have been held in Yerevan and the regions.
