In some cases, other persons may also exercise the right, in the order established by the Prime Minister of the country. The law comes into force on the day the newly elected President of the Republic of Armenia takes office. By this, the law of the Republic of Armenia of March 5, 1996 "On Remuneration, Servicing the President of the Republic of Armenia and Ensuring His Security" is ineffective.
