ArmInfo.Moscow does not rule out the discussion of Karabakh issue during the meeting of Russian and French Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Jean-Yves Le Drian on June 20. This was stated by Russian MFA official representative Maria Zakharova during a briefing. "We do not rule out raising this question within the discussion of a number of international problems. This is natural, we are in the process of dialogue with our French counterparts, including this issue," Zakharova stated.
At the same time she accentuated that the situation demands moving forward and being solved and that is why the contacts at different levels were activated recently. According to Zakharova, Russia, as the mediator of the process, does its best to find a compromise, without any harm to the people of two countries.
She added also that the main issue to be discussed is the common efforts on improvement of terrorism struggle, Syrian crisis settlement, situation in Ukraine and other actual issues of international agenda.
