Artsakh`s Defense Minister presented to Andrzej Kasprzyk irrefutable  evidence of Azerbaijani aggression  

ArmInfo. On February 28, Artsakh`s Defense Minister and the Defense Army Commander Levon Mnacakanyan presented to Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk the irrefutable evidence of Azerbaijani aggression.  

As the Artsakh Defense Ministry reports, Mnacakanyan presented to the  guest the aim of the last impulses on south eastern and eastern  directions of the contact line of Artsakh and Azerbaijani troops.  

At the same time, Mnacakanyan noted that despite their willingness to  neutralize any encroachments of the enemy, the Defense Army remains  committed to solving the conflict only through peaceful negotiations.

On February 25 Azerbaijani armed forces attempted to attack in the  south-east (Martuni) and eastern (Akna) directions of the contact  line. Advanced units of the NKR Defense Army, including by the means  of surveillance, early detected the enemy offensive and threw it to  the original positions. The enemy retreated, suffering losses. The  Armenian side has no losses.
